***** HARSH BUNGER J. (Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing the respondent No.3 - Assistant Collector, 2nd Grade, Julana, District Jind, to conclude the partition proceedings in a time bound manner.

At this stage, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State and on instructions from Mr. Siraj Khan, Niab Tehsildar, Julana, submits that the matter is a pending for 05.06.2026, and the learned Assistant Collector would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the partition proceedings within a period of three months from today, subject to any legal impediment and/or any order passed by the higher authorities/this Court, in accordance with law ANKIT 2026.05.15 16:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court, Chandigarh
