Prayer in this writ petition is for setting aside order dated 05.03.2025 issued by respondent No.3. Further prayer is for issuance of directions to respondent No.3, to withdraw negative blocking of Electronic credit ledger of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that primary prayer addressed in this writ petition has been redressed with negative blocking of electronic credit ledger of the petitioner being lifted. Therefore, this writ petition is rendered infructuous, however liberty to petitioner to agitate other pleas as raised in this petition, before appropriate Forum(s), may be reserved.
