***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has impugned order, Annexure P-3, passed by District Magistrate, Amritsar, rejecting his plea of parole. It has been contended that the same has been rejected in a mechanical manner. The conclusions arrived at by the District Magistrate are unsustainable. The authority did not consider the stand that the petitioner was not involved in any other case of similar nature. No clear answer is forthcoming on behalf of the State. Under the circumstances, impugned order, Annexure P-3 is hereby set aside. Matter is remitted to the same authority for a decision afresh within 02 months.
