The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for setting aside of transfer order dated 15.06.2023 (Annexure P-7) whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be transferred from Pathankot to Chandigarh 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the transfer order has been cancelled. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the above factual position.
