***** KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case having FIR No.156 dated 29.4.2018 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC (Sections 325, 307 IPC added later on) at Police Station Rajendra Park, District Gurugram.

The counsel for the petitioners submitted that in compliance of the previous order, the petitioners have joined the investigation. He further submitted that parties have effected compromised and the compromise quashing petitions are pending in this very Court. ( 2 ) CRM-M-37240-2021 The fact regarding joining of investigation has been admitted by the State counsel, who made statement on the instructions from ASI Rajbir Singh to the effect that the petitioners are not required by the police for any custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and interim order dated 9.9.2021 is hereby made absolute subject to conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
