(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct fair and free investigation in FIR No.0551 dated 01.11.2021, registered under Sections 457 and 380 IPC at Police Station Zirakpur, District S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali) and conclude the investigation in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that the grievance raised by the petitioner has been substantially redressed and the investigating agency has completed the investigation and filed the final report before the jurisdictional Court on 02.07.2025. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
