(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing of FIR No.18, dated 07.02.2022 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 336, 506, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Kulgari, District Ferozepur and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 06.04.2022 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
