Though there are serious allegations of concealment on the part of the petitioner, however, in light of the fact that it is a family dispute and learned counsel for respondent No. 4 has fairly submitted that pendency of this litigation could only lead to disharmony between the parties, hence, does not wishes to pursue the same, at this stage.
