JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner was working as Auto Electrician with the Irrigation Department and by way of present writ petition, he is seeking extension of his service after reaching the age of retirement on 31.8.2014. Upon notice, reply has been filed contesting the claim. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per his instructions, the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present petition any further.

In view of the aforesaid statement, present petition is dismissed as not pressed.
