(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, in view of the written statement filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 5 wherein it has been stated that the matter has been reconsidered and service book of the petitioner has been completed. The pay of the petitioner was also refixed vide order dated 03.10.2019 (R-1). The necessary proceeding for payment of consequential benefits has also been initiated and arrear and all due benefits in accordance with Rules will be disbursed to the petitioner. Dismissed as infructuous.
