It is averred in the affidavit that part payment has been made to the petitioner and the balance payment amounting to ` 1,07,828/- will be made after the receipt of the completion certificate from the PWD (B & R).

This petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to make the balance payment, if any, to the petitioner within a period of two months from today.
