Though the writ petition can be dismissed outrightly on the ground of delay and laches as the last impugned order was passed in June, 2010 whereas the writ petition has been filed in August, 2015, nevertheless we permit the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition as according to its learned counsel, Licence No.1065/BHK/SAMB dated 25.08.2005 was a renewed licence as the original licence was granted in the year 1999. He seeks to withdraw the writ petition as according to him, he would represent the authorities to reconsider the petitioner's claim on the basis of licence of the year 1999.
Ordered accordingly.
