The petitioners pray that this petition is similar to a group of writ petitions including CWP No. 9538 of 2014, which was disposed of vide judgment dated 30.11.2016 passed by learned Single Judge. The petitioners in this case have also rushed to the Court prematurely. Only a notice has been issued to the petitioners and they had liberty to contest the claim of the respondent and raise the same contention namely that the produce was purchased by the petitioners from outside the State of Punjab.
