Mr. Gourav Jain, Advocate, for the petitioner.
***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J.
The petitioner, a life convict, lodged in District Jail, Jhajjar, has prayed for extension of parole for a period of 13 days on the ground of admission of his children.
The petitioner has got three children, namely, Mony, Hitesh and Kartik, who are studying in 10th, 8th and 4th class respectively. He was released on parole on 12.04.2018 and has to surrender on 28.04.2018 at 4.00 pm. The said parole was granted for the purpose of admission of his children. The petitioner has already got admitted his two younger children in 9th and 5th class but could not get admitted his elder child Mony as the result of 10th class has not been declared. Therefore, he has prayed that the parole, already granted to him, may be extended for 13 days.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances narrated here-in-above, I am of the considered opinion that the parole cannot be extended on the ground, as prayed
CWP No.10049 of 2018 [ 2 ] **** by the petitioner, because it is not certain as to when the result of 10th class is declared nor the petitioner has given any intimation in the writ petition in this regard.
Thus, the prayer made by the petitioner is found to be totally vague and hence, the present petition is hereby dismissed, though without any order as to costs.
