Mr. Parminder Singh, Advocate, for the respondent.
Rajive Bhalla (Oral) The appellant-husband, challenges judgment and decree dated 06.08.2007, passed by the Additional District Judge, Ambala, dismissing his petition for grant of a decree of divorce. Counsel for the respondent states that the appeal has been rendered infructuous as the respondent-wife has passed away. No one is present on behalf of the appellant. We have heard counsel for the respondent and as we do not find any reason to doubt the correctness of his statement, the appeal has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly, with liberty to seek revival, in case there is any error in the statement made by counsel for the respondent.
