(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the main suit in which the impugned order was passed, has since been withdrawn by the plaintiff on the basis of compromise and the trial Court of Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.) Malerkotla, vide order dated 21.05.2022 has dismissed the suit as withdrawn. A copy of that order has been placed on record.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not controvert the above said fact.

In view of the above, the revision petition has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
