Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the order passed by this Court on 30.3.2011 in CWP No.5223 of 1990Ambrish Chander Kudesia and others vs. State of Haryana, filed by the petitioner earlier challenging the same acquisition, he does not wish to press the present petition.
