(ORAL) The only prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider and decide his representation dated 30.07.2021 (Annexure P-1) regarding issuance of license for manufacturing fireworks/gun powder in the already issued license No. 24/SM/SSA/2012 which is renewed upto 31.03.2022. Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana on advance copy submits that the representation dated 30.07.2021 (Annexure P-1) filed by the petitioner shall be considered and decided by the respondent-authorities in accordance with law expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition which is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law.
