ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) This order shall dispose of CWP-10073-2018 and CWP-57502020. In these writ petitions filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners claim that the State of Haryana has utilized their land for construction of Dhanger Minor without making any payment. Sh. Jaspal Singh Pannu, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, enters appearance on behalf of the State and submits that in principle, the decision has been taken to acquire the land of the petitioners. On instructions from Sh. Mandeep Beniwal, X.EN., Irrigation Department, Fatehabad, he submits that the necessary steps as required shall be completed within a period of six months.
