Mr. Divanshu Jain, Advocate for respondent No.1 ***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Counsel for both the parties submit that the compromise has been effected between the parties. Counsel for respondent No.1 has also supplied the copy of the compromise dated 07.07.2025, reached between the parties, which is taken on record. On the basis of the said compromise, counsel for the petitioner submit that he has already vacated the demised premises and handed over the same to the respondent, which fact, as such, has been admitted by the counsel for respondent No.1. Also, it is submitted that now there is nothing outstanding, with each other, either in the form of arrears of rent or the mesne profits (if any). However, it is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the compliance of the Clause 3 of the compromise shall be made and the respondent shall have no objection, with regard to the withdrawal of the entire amount i.e. Rs.1,15,300/-, as stated in clause 3 of the said compromise.

In view of the arrival of this compromise, at this stage, the counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised.
