(In virtual Court) **** RAJBIR SEHRAWAT, J (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the office orders dated 26.07.2021, 30.07.2021 and 18.08.2021 (Annexures P-7 to P-9), respectively vide which the promotions granted to the petitioners by office memorandum dated 28.07.2017 (Annexure P-4) has been withdrawn, as well as, the consequential recovery, alongwith certain other prayers made in the petition.

Notice of motion was issued vide this Courts order dated 03.09.2021.

The counsel for the respondents has submitted that the respondents are withdrawing the impugned order so as to revisit the entire matter.

However, the petitioners would be at liberty to avail their remedy again, in accordance with law, if any order is passed against them by the respondents.
