The petitioners in the present petition prays for setting aside the impugned order dated 28.08.2024 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Faridkot, District Faridkot. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative remedy if any, in accordance with law. 3.

Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty aforesaid, however, subject to the undertaking of the petitioners that they will declare their assets before the learned trial Court on or before the next date of hearing, which is stated to be 03.07.2025.
