*** AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J (Oral) The limited prayer in this petition is that the application of the petitioner for renewal/grant of Arms Licence be decided, as he has been acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Karnal, in the case registered against him, arising out of FIR No. 201 dated 22.7.2008, under Sections 406, 420 IPC. A copy of the said judgment has been annexed with the petition.
The petition is, consequently, disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. the Deputy Commissioner, Panipat, to consider the application of the petitioner dated 17.12.2014 (Annexure P-2) and to dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order.
