This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of order dated 07.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-3506-2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as a speaking order has been passed.
