(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondents no.2 and 3 to include the petitioner's roll number in the transfer drive for allotment of station as he has been selected for the post of PGT Chemistry (Mewat cadre) pursuant to advertisement no.34 dated 24.06.2023, Annexure P-1.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, contends that the petitioner has been appointed as Post Graduate Teacher Chemistry (HES II) (Mewat cadre) against advertisement 34/2023 in Scheduled-I of the Revised Pay Matrix of functional Pay Level, i.e., 47,600-1,51,000/- plus usual allowances as admissible from time to time, vide office order dated 13.11.2024. Accordingly, the petitioner has been rendered infructuous. 3.
