(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to review and correct the mutation No.1506 sanctioned on 19.09.1978 in view of judgment dated 01.12.1976 (Annexure P-1) passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court and the recommendations made by the Enquiry Committee in its report (Annexure P-3) and to incorporate the same in the revenue record i.e. Jamabandi for the year 1979-80 onwards as it has not matched with the revenue record for the year 1979-80.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition as the same is rendered infructuous. Allowed to do so.
