-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner moved against respondent No.5 in which he had levelled serious allegations of corruption against him.
Pursuant to notice of motion having been issued, reply has been filed on behalf of the respondent-State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from the department would submit that an enquiry was held against respondent No.5 and the same stands concluded.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and in view of the statement given by the counsel appearing for the respondent-State, no further orders are called for.
Consequently, the instant petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
