(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 - Reserve Bank of India to ensure strict compliance of notification issued vide Circular No.RBI/2006-07/138 DNBS (PD) CC No.80/03.10.042/2005-06 dated 28.09.2006 (Annexure P-3), as in violation of Clause IV(C) of the said notification respondent No.6 forcibly attempted to recover the vehicle of the petitioner.
Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will file proper application before the Reserve Bank of India. In case such an application is filed same shall be disposed of RAVINDER SINGH 2015.09.02 14:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
