This Court while issuing notice of motion had passed the following order dated 09.09.2022:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide impugned order dated 22.07.2021 an opportunity of personal hearing was granted for 28.07.2021, which was availed by the petitioner and a written response was also filed but no further orders have been passed thereon as yet or any communication has been received in that regard.

Notice of motion returnable for 31.01.2023.

Ms. Ambika Bedi, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 4 and waives service. She seeks and is granted time to file written statement.

The order dated 10.09.2024, appended as Annexure R-4/1, reveals that the claim has been now rejected, which the petitioner has liberty to challenge, if so advised.
