Learned counsel for respondents No.3 to 5 submits that the concerned Municipal Authorities have already initiated action against respondent No.6 - Gurpreet Kaur with regard to the alleged illegal construction raised over the property in question. 5.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for respondents No.3 to 5, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
