(Oral) By way of the present petition, the petitioner-husband has challenged the impugned order dated 31.03.2023 passed by the learned Family Court, Ludhiana camp at Khanna, vide which adinterim maintenance of Rs.15,000/- per month (i.e. Rs.10,000/- per month to respondent No.1-wife and Rs.5000/- per month to respondent No.2-daughter of the petitioner) has been granted to the respondents.

Mr. Nitin Sachdeva, Advocate has put in appearance and filed Power of Attorney on behalf of respondents. The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-husband very fairly submits that the challenge in the present petition is to order dated 31.03.2023, as detailed above. It is submitted that the present petition VIJAY ASIJA 2024.04.19 15.32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

2023:PHHC:166938 CRR(F)-936-2023 has been rendered infructuous as vide order dated 14.07.2023 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana (Camp at Khanna), which has been challenged in connected petition i.e. CRR(F)-1371-2023, filed by the respondents, the main petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. stands decided. Learned counsel prays that the present petition may accordingly be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
