(Oral) The prayer made in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution, for direction to the respondents not to evict/dispossess the petitioners from their dwelling houses, situated at Krishna Nagar, Ward No.9, Mathura Road, Sector 20B, Faridabad (Haryana) and not to demolish their constructed house as well.

After arguing for sometime, when the Bench was not inclined to agree with the learned counsel for the petitioners, it was prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to apply for revival of the contempt petition, as there is violation of the orders dated 27.03.2003, passed by this Court in CWP No.8560 of 2002, filed by the petitioners, which was disposed of alongwith CWP No. 591 of 2003, titled as 'Azad Nagar Jhuggi Resident's Welfare Association Vs. The State of Haryana and others'. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
