The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 31.08.2018 vide which the respondents No.2 and 3 were directed to look into the representation of the petitioner regarding a well functioning of the sewerage treatment plant and take appropriate corrective action.

Reply by way of affidavit of the Chairman, Haryana State Pollution Control Board is on record, according to which necessary action has been taken and the sewerage treatment plant is working in a proper and smooth condition.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
