***** HARSH BUNGER J. (Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to renew the passport of the petitioner, which expired on 26.03.2025. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to travel to India on an emergency certificate, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities, for seeking issuance of emergency certificate, so as to travel to India and join the proceedings in the case FIRs which are pending against him in the Courts in India. 3.
Ordered accordingly.
