    These two applications filed by the wife with a prayer to transfer the proceedings of the following petitions, pending in the Family Court, Ferozepur, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Hoshiarpur:-

1. Petition No.351 of 2021, filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

2. Case No.84 dated 05.07.2021 (Abhishek Patial vs. Nancy) filed under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890.

Learned counsel for the respondent-husband submits that she has the instructions to withdraw the aforesaid two petitions pending in the Family Court, Ferozepur. Hence, both the aforesaid petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. The Family Court is requested to consign the files to the record room.

Consequently, the applications for transfer of the proceedings have been rendered infructuous and are disposed of as such.
