(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from Shri Ashok Kumar, Patwari, Village Badshahpur, District Gurgaon, states that petitioner No. 1 (Kanwar Singh) has received compensation of Rs. 14,12,44,788/-; petitioner No. 2 (Jitender) has received compensation of Rs. 68,69,690/-; and petitioner No. 3 (Virender Singh) has also received compensation of Rs.68,69,690/-, through RTGS on different dates in the months of March and April, 2016. A photostat copy of the Register maintained by the office of the Land Acquisition Collector, Gurgaon, containing such entries has also been placed on record and the same is Mark as 'A'. CWP-16387-2015 (O&M) Since the petitioners have received compensation of the acquired land assessed under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehablitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, their challenge to the acquisition has been rendered infructuous.
