Service waived qua respondents no. 1 to 6 as Ms. Mamta Singla Talwar, DAG, Haryana accepted notice on their behalf. At this stage, the petitioner merely seeks an order directing the respondents to consider his complaint (Annexure P-2). The petitioner's grievance is that the liquor vend in question cannot be operated as it falls within the prohibited area. The respondents shall consider the petitioner's representation and act in accordance with law. The same shall be done only after notice to the parties concerned including those operating the vends. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
