Prayer in the present revision petition is to hear and decide the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed along with the Civil Suit No.152 of 2025 titled as Gram Panchayat Vs. Local Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee & Anr. (Annexure P-5) expeditiously.

The civil suit itself was filed on 14.05.2025 and the present revision petition was filed on 15.05.2025. A perusal of Annexure P-6 reveals that notice has been issued in the civil suit for 20.05.2025. It is strange that on 14.05.2025 the suit was filed along with an application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of CPC and on the very next day the present revision petition has been preferred for expeditious disposal of the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of CPC. This Court refrains itself from commenting on the conduct of the petitioner in filing the present revision petition. There is no reason for this Court to interfere in a matter which was filed on 14.05.2025 in which notice has already been issued for 20.05.2025. In view of the above, I do not find any merit in the present revision petition. The same being devoid of any merit is accordingly dismissed.
