Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that daughter of petitioner was married with respondent No.5, who was earlier married. After coming to know of this fact, he is not giving divorce, rather posing threat to the petitioner and his family members. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala to look into the aspect of threat to the life and liberty of petitioner and his family members and take appropriate action in accordance with law, on receipt of copy of this order.
