Operative part thereof reads as under:- "It is submitted that on 05.03.2021 all the three accused closed their defence evidence and arguments were heard at length, but the same were not concluded. Proceedings were adjourned to 08.03.2021 for conclusion of arguments. On 08.03.2021 further arguments were heard, but again not concluded and proceedings were adjourned to 15.03.2021 for conclusion of arguments, on which date arguments were further heard and case was adjourned to 16.03.2021 for conclusion of arguments. On 16.03.2021 arguments were concluded. This court vide judgment dated 16.03.2021 finally disposed f the trial and the file was ordered to be consigned to record-room". In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as such.
