In this writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in OA No.060/00702/2014 decided on 24.03.2015 (Annexure P-1).

At the outset, when learned counsel for the petitioner was confronted with the impugned order dated 24.03.2015 which was passed two years back, it was submitted that thereafter, the petitioner had submitted a representation against the provisional seniority list which was carved out after passing of the said order.
