(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 19.02.2024 (Annexure P-9) passed by learned Commissioner, Hisar Division, Hisar whereby the matter has been remanded to the learned Assistant Collector for carrying out the partition proceedings afresh.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner restricts his prayer for issuance of time bound directions for decision of the remand case by learned Assistant Collector. 3.

On advance service of copy of petition, appears on behalf of the respondent-State.

3.1 Learned State counsel has not opposed to the aforesaid course being adopted by learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that in all probability, the partition proceedings in pursuance of the remand order HIMANI GUPTA 2025.11.07 16:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

would be concluded within a period of six months from today, subject to any legal impediment or any order passed by the higher authorities. 4.

Keeping in view the statement made by learned State counsel, the present writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 5.
