**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition against the action of the respondent in repeatedly transferring the petitioner from one place to other. The petitioner has been transferred for the 8th time in a span of four years. Last transfer was from Kurali to Mahilpur.

Notice of motion was issued on 08.01.2019 and status quo as regards place of posting of the petitioner was ordered to be maintained till the next date of hearing. Learned State counsel on instructions submits that KUMARI SAPNA 2023.02.10 15:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

  

the transfer of the petitioner has been cancelled. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now, the petitioner is posted at Kurali.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition has become infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
