This writ petition is filed seeking parole on the ground that wife of the petitioner is sick.
Reply filed by the State.
In the reply it is pleaded that on an enquiry made by Doctor, it revealed that after 2nd February, 2021, wife of the petitioner had not taken any treatment from the Doctor.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh application for parole alongwith latest medical report. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. [AVNEESH JHINGAN] JUDGE 22nd February, 2022
