No one appears on behalf of the respondent-Bank. Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has deposited `10.00 lacs as was directed by this Court on January 18, 2018 and thereafter 'One Time Settlement' has taken place between the petitioner and the respondent-Bank. The petitioner undertakes to pay the balance amount as per the said 'One Time Settlement'.

Since the Bank has not come forward, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the parties shall adhere to 'One Time Settlement' and so long as the petitioner pays the amount as per the said settlement, the interim order dated January 18, 2018 shall continue to operate.
