None had been appearing on behalf of the appellant. On the last date of hearing i.e. 09.12.2019, Mr. J.S. Saneta, Advocate, who was appearing on behalf of the appellant, stated that he is not able to get in touch with the appellant and thereafter notice was issued to the appellant. As per the office report the appellant stands duly served, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive the appeal in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stands disposed off.
