The instant petition is disposed of with the direction that on deposit of `14,73,994/- by the petitioner towards arrears of rent, the Rent Controller, shall recalculate the same for the satisfaction of the petitioner, as he has some doubts about the same and in case, the same is being found to have been deposited in excess, the same shall be adjusted towards future rent.
