(Oral) The relief claimed in the present writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for quashing the press notices inviting tenders (Annexure P-11 and P-12 respectively) of completed works with raising estimates during pendency of cases, inquiry and payments of same completed work.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy by way of filing a Civil Suit.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
