(proceedings conducted through video conferencing) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court concerned by way of filing an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. As regards the alleged apprehension of the petitioner as regards threat to his life and liberty is concerned, it shall be open to the petitioner to move a detailed representation to respondent No.3-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana. In case any such representation is moved within a period of 15 days from today, respondent No.3-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana shall have the same examined as regards the alleged threat perception.
