*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) When matter was taken up for hearing on 22.12.2022, none appeared for either side. Being an old matter, Registry was asked to issue fresh notice to the appellants. Office report reveals that appellant No.1 is unserved for want of correct address, appellant Nos.2 and 5 have been served. Appellant No.3 refused to accept notice, hence affixation was made and appellant No.4 has died.

In the aforesaid premise, neither anyone appears for the served appellants nor it is possible to serve unserved ones for lack of correct particulars of their address. It seems that due to sheer long pendency of the appeal before this Court over a period of 16 years, appellants have lost interest to pursue the same as neither anyone appears on their behalf nor legal representatives have taken any steps for impleadment. Be that as it may, dismissed in default.
